Purchasing art from aGallry4Art is very simple.

Start by browsing through all the fabulous Artworks available via our dedicated online market. Every artist is handpicked for aGallery4Art, they are selected for their uniqueness, quality of work, dedication to their profession and being committed to offering excellent customer service. Each item comes directly from the artist studio, no middle man.

Once you are happy with your selection simply click Buy Now or Add to Basket, continue through our secure checkout system and pay.

You will receive a confirmation email and your purchase within 5 – 7 working days. If you are purchasing a Made4U Artwork or are having a Commission Piece made then the delivery times will vary. A proof will be sent for your approval; only once you are 100% satisfied will a delivery date be arranged via email. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be carefully wrapped and couriered direct to your door. Someone will need to be available to sign for the order.

What does Made4U mean?

Made4U means a piece of Artworks which exists on the website has been altered in some way for you. The colour or size was changed by the artist it would make it perfect; it would be ‘Made 4 U’

Do you do commissions?

Most of our artists are happy to do commissions, just contact us and we will be happy to help.

What does commission a piece of art mean?

Is where you ask an artist to design an original piece of artwork, or you have something particular in mind but require someone to help you bring it to life.

Either way we will be happy to help find an artist which will be perfect for the job.

I have placed my order what happens now?

Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent. Once your payment is cleared the artwork/works will be dispatched to the address provided in the order. You will be emailed a tracking number for the order and an estimated day for delivery.

How much does it cost for postage and packaging?

We offer free UK postage and packaging, for anywhere outside this area please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery for any order which is available to buy. If you commissioned or requested a Made4U artwork then the delivery will be a little longer, it can take up to 28 days depending on the artist work load.

Will I be kept informed once my artwork had been posted?

Yes, every artwork will have its own unique tracking number which can be used via the courier’s website to track your delivery.

Is my artwork insured against loss or damage whilst in transit?

Yes, every artwork is insured whilst in transit.

What if I don’t like the artwork once it arrives, can I return it?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the artwork a full refund will be given as long as it is returned within 14 days of delivery. Once the artwork has been returned to the artist a full refund will be given.

I would like a different size artwork, can I say the size I want?

Yes, you are able to change the size of the artwork if it is stated within the artist description.

I would like to change the colour, is this possible?

Yes, you are able to change the colour if it is stated within the artist description.

Who owns the copyright?

The copyright for all the artwork on aGallery4Art website remain the property of the artist even once a piece has been sold.

Can I purchase without registering?

No. You need to first register with the site and login to be able to shop with the site. However, you can browse and compare items even without logging in.

Why do I see sub-orders in my order history?

Any order you place on the site may contain items from different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one suborder; these are shipped by the vendors separately.

Why do I receive my order in many parts?

Any order you make can contain items from many vendors, these sub-orders are handled by each vendor individually. That is why your items are delivered in parts.

Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?

You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.

If I am not happy, what do I do?
