Yes, all the items listed come direct from the artist studio.
Are all the artworks/products on the website original?
Yes every item listed on this website is original.
Will the colours I eye be the same as the original artwork/product?
The colours of the items shown on agallery4art may vary slightly to the original due to different colour settings on each individual pc monitor. We do however try to represent the colours as accurately as possible.
Will the artworks/products look the same as the images I see on the website?
Yes the artwork will be identical to the one you see in the image online, the only exception to this is on a made to order artworks.
What does ‘Made 4 U’ mean?
‘Made 4 U’ is simply when you see a piece that you like but it is not quite what you are looking for. But if the colour or size was changed by the artist it would make it perfect, it would be ‘Made 4 U’
Do you do commissions?
Most of our artists are happy to do commissions, just contact us and we will be happy to help.
What does commission a piece of art means?
A commission piece of artwork is when you have an idea and need to make it come to life, or you don’t know what you want and the artist comes up with the ideas. Either way we will be happy to help find an artist which will be perfect for the job.
I have placed my order what happens now?
Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent. Once payment has cleared the product/products will be dispatched to the delivery address provided in the order. You will be kept up to date every step of the way. Finally an emailed containing the tracking number and an estimated delivery day.
How much does it cost for postage and packaging?
We offer free UK postage and packaging, for any other deliveries please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery for any artwork which is available to buy. If you commissioned or requested a made 4 u artwork then the delivery will be a little longer, it can take up to 28 days depending on the artist work load. Please contact us for more details
Will I be kept informed once my order had been dispatched?
Yes every order will have its own unique tracking number which can be used via the couriers’ website to track your order.
Are the artworks/products insured against any lost or damages while in transit?
Yes every artworks/products are insured against lose or damages whiles in transit.
What if I don’t like the artwork once it arrives can I return it?

How long do I have if I would like to return the artworks/products?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied.
Who owns the copyright?
The copyright for all the artworks/products on agallery4art website remain the property of the artist even once a piece has been sold.
How easy is it to sell my artworks/products through agallery4art?
In order to be able to sell you artworks/products through agallery4art website you first need to register as an artist. Once approved you may then upload your artworks/products.
How simple is it to become an approved artist?
All you need to have is a minimum of 5 quality artworks ready to sell. A digital camera, an email address and access to a computer. Once you have all of these simply follow the link from the home page for artist registration. Once you have submitted your registration a confirmation email will be sent. Where successful or unsuccessful we will be in contact with you within 10 day. If you have any feature questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Once I am accepted what happens next?
Once you have been accepted as an artist simply up load your artwork, once approved they will go live into your gallery. Each piece will need 3 quality photographs, a description, measurement preferably in cm and a price, remember to include all the postage and packaging cost within the selling price.
Who pays for postage and packaging?
At agallery4art we only offer free postage and packaging it is important that this cost is added to the price of the artwork.
Who pays for the insurance while an artwork is in transit?
Each artist is responsible for insuring each product for loss and damage while in transit.
What is the commission percentage you take?
At agallery4art we ask for a modest 30% commission from each artwork/product sold.
How and when do I get paid?
Once delivery has been confirmed you will be sent an invoice by email and payment directly into your bank account 21 days later.
What is your return policy?
At agallery4art we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the buyer is not happy with the artwork/product it can be returned directly to the artist within 14 days, they will be given a full refund. The return postage and packaging costs and the insurance while in transit are covered by the buyer. It must be returned with the original packaging and delivery slip.

How many images can I have of each artwork/product?
The most important thing is the photographs these will draw potential buyer to you artwork first. This is why we ask for the first photo to be a front shot of the artwork including the frame if it has one. It must be set within a white surrounding or if it is wall hang no wall space must showing. This is the photo which will be used within the gallery listings also next to your name. The second is your choice and the third is a close up showing texture of the medium used.
How many artworks/products can I display in my gallery?
There is no limit to the number of artworks/products which can be displayed in your online gallery.
